Scheduling changes at Park View Pediatrics

3/28/2020

The American Academy of Pediatrics feels that now, more than ever, it's very important to stay up to date with well child care.   It is during well care visits that we give children necessary immunizations,  follow growth and development, perform any needed lab tests, refill routine medications, and screen for depression in our older patients.

To improve patient safety, we have split our day into well care and sick care. We are now seeing well care visits in the morning and early afternoon and children with illness in the later afternoon. We're minimizing time spent in the waiting room.  We’ve implemented additional deep cleaning in our office and have removed toys and books from waiting area and exam rooms.

If there are other questions or concerns you have, please call the office to discuss them with one of our staff.
